309 Lansdowne Road

309 Lansdowne was built sometime around 1908, since it's featured on the 1908 map of Haverford. 1908 was the year that Charles S. Taylor sold the (empty) lot to Freeman P. Taylor (no relation, as far as I can tell?). The house was built at least under Taylor's purview by 1910, where he and his family are residing for the 1910 census.

1910 census: Business college teacher Freeman is living with his family and maid of African-American descent.
